No shipments March 23 – April 3 due to IT upgrade
Techtum is replacing multiple IT systems to modernize and improve our customer care and internal administration processes. While this will ultimately allow us to provide a better and more personal customer experience, we will need to pause our shipments during the period of March 23 – April 3 to ensure our inventories and customer information is migrated correctly.
Please place urgent orders by March 21 at the latest – products in stock will be shipped March 22. We are aiming to resume normal operations April 3.
