Cellaven is a French company developing accessible, user-friendly automation for cell culture laboratories. Designed by biologists for biologists, its Nestor system takes care of repetitive liquid handling tasks, giving researchers more time to focus on experiments, analysis and discovery.
Nestor automates medium changes and other routine cell culture transfers. It works with commonly used culture flasks, plates and media bottles, allowing laboratories to build automation around their existing workflows. The compact system sits beside or on top of an incubator, while the culture vessels remain inside.
With independent control of up to ten flasks or plates and connections for up to four media bottles, Nestor supports flexible experimental setups. Users can select preconfigured protocols or create their own through an intuitive interface. Its closed fluid handling system is designed to reduce contamination risks and support reproducible culture conditions.
