PCR Plastics: 384 Well & 96 Well Plates, Tubes & Tube Strips

The two-component technology in FrameStar® reduces thermal expansion and sample evaporation which, in turn, improves consistency of PCR results.

Azenta’s standard PCR plate range includes fully skirted, semi-skirted, and non-skirted microplates, available in clear or white (for qPCR), with additional colors for non-skirted plates available. The divisible PCR plates offer all the flexibility of tube strips, in a plate format. They can be easily divided into smaller plate sections, ensuring no tubes are wasted.

The Individual Access PCR plate range supplies a novel 96 well plate with individually removable wells combining both flexibility and robustness to molecular diagnostics customers; and the PCR plates with removable strips offer total flexibility in plate usage. It allows the user to insert or remove strips of 8 tubes from a 96 well plate frame. Individual tubes and tube strip formats are also available.

All of Azenta’s PCR consumables are made from virgin polypropylene and polycarbonate under ISO certified cleanroom conditions, and are guaranteed RNase, DNase, and human genomic DNA free.
