small RNA sequencing services
At TAmiRNA we are fully dedicated to microRNA and small RNA NGS analysis. As we mainly work with extracellular RNA in biomarker research, we have long-lasting experience with very low-input RNA samples.
RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) services
TAmiRNA offers a fast, one-stop RNA sequencing solution to explore the messenger RNA transcriptome in any biological sample type including biofluids.
RT-qPCR services
TAmiRNA is an expert in developing and applying RT-qPCR assays for various RNA types. Our microRNA platform takes advantage of target-specific LNA-enhanced (locked nucleic acid) forward and reverse primers with unmet specificity and sensitivity.
Spatial transcriptomics
TAmiRNA and Dutch company Vivomicx have combined their respective technologies of high sensitivity gene expression profiling (RT-qPCR and smallRNAseq/RNAseq) and laser microdissection to enable cell-type specific and space-resolved RNA expression analysis in complex tissues.
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) analysis
TAmiRNA provides one-stop-shop services for the purification and characterization of EVs such as exosomes. We have established a large number of assays to study EV concentrations, size, decoration with nucleic acids and proteins, as well as DNA/RNA cargo.
